Important Return & Exchange Guidelines

• Custom-Made Items: These items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless a manufacturer’s defect is found.
• If a manufacturer’s fault is found in a custom-made item, ClansKilt.com will cover the return shipping charges.
• The customer must return the faulty item within 7 days of receiving it.
• A valid reason or description of the fault must be provided to process a refund.
• Ready-Made (Non-Custom) Items: These can be returned or exchanged without providing a reason.
• If a manufacturer’s defect is found in a non-custom item, ClansKilt.com will bear the return shipping charges. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
• Exchange requests will be considered based on current stock availability and mutual agreement.
